Room Retention

RoomLnk is designed around temporary conversations.

Free rooms are automatically deleted after their configured expiry period.

Business accounts may choose to retain room history according to their account settings. Businesses are responsible for managing any customer information retained within their rooms.

Message Deletion

RoomLnk is designed for temporary communication. Free rooms are automatically removed after expiry. Businesses may configure different retention periods for business rooms.

Deleted rooms and messages may remain in backups for a limited period before permanent removal.

Customer Privacy

Customers can join rooms without creating a RoomLnk account.

RoomLnk does not require customers to provide email addresses, phone numbers, or social media accounts to participate in a room unless requested directly by the business.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

RoomLnk is not intended for use by children under the age required by applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of RoomLnk after updates means you accept the revised policy.
