How long does a free room last?

What is a permanent business slug?
It is a stable business entry address that customers can reuse to start separate private rooms. Every paid plan includes one permanent business slug and QR code.
What is an Open Room?
An Open Room is a reusable public entry point with its own link or QR code, welcome message, intake questions, availability, assignment, and notifications. When a customer submits the entry form, RoomLnk creates a separate private one-to-one room for that customer. Customers never share one public conversation.
How are Open Room limits counted?
An active Open Room is one reusable customer entry point, such as an Open House or Event Help Desk link. It can create many separate customer conversations. Those conversations are counted against the plan's active private-room limit, while the reusable entry point is counted against its Open Room limit.
Which plans include Open Rooms?
Pro includes up to 10 active Open Room entry points and 100 active private rooms. Business includes up to 100 active Open Room entry points and 1,000 active private rooms. Starter includes the main permanent business link but does not include additional Open Rooms.
Which plan supports multiple team members?
Starter supports one account user, Pro supports up to 10 account users, and Business supports up to 100 account users.
How are paid plans billed and cancelled?
Starter, Pro, and Business are monthly subscriptions charged in USD through Stripe. A business owner can schedule cancellation before the next renewal. Access continues until the current paid period ends, the next monthly charge is stopped, and no refund is issued for the remaining paid period.
Does a business plan replace a CRM or support desk?
No. Business plans add room management, history, greetings, QR codes, deletion, and expiry controls. Formal bookings, orders, payments, tickets, projects, consent, and regulated records should remain in the systems responsible for them.
